Cancellation and Refund Policy for Raja Agastya Academy

At Raja Agastya Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services to our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or refunds. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Course Enrollment Cancellations:

    • Cancellations must be made within 7 days of enrolling in a course to be eligible for a refund.
    • After the 7-day period, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds, but students may request a credit for future courses.

  2. Class or Workshop Cancellations:

    • If Raja Agastya Academy cancels a class or workshop, a full refund will be issued, or students may choose to transfer their enrollment to another session.
    • If a student cancels their participation in a class or workshop, the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the session’s start to qualify for a refund.

  3. Private Coaching/Consultations:

    • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be processed for requests made within the specified timeframes outlined in the cancellation policy.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to  rajaagastayaacademy@gmail.com, with proof of payment and details of the course or service.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees:

    • Registration fees, administrative charges, and any material costs are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are not applicable for digital or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

Raja Agastya Academy reserves the right to review and consider exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). Any such exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the Academy’s management team.
